CI security standard now required: Do not store secrets in GitLab CI/CD variables. Use Infisical with GitLab OIDC and the build, dind, and deploy runner lanes. Active repositories now include AGENTS.md guidance for Kimi and other automated contributors. Existing CI secrets have been migrated; ordinary project work needs no action. Before changing CI, follow the organization onboarding guide. Shared templates: codex-devops/ci-templates release v1.0.0.
